About Dr. Marisa's Donation-Based Practice

Dr. Marisa started this practice because she felt a calling from God to make quality veterinary care accessible to everyone, removing financial barriers through a donation-based, pay-as-you-feel model.

Clients are invited to contribute what they feel is fair, ensuring no pet goes without care due to cost. 

This approach fosters a compassionate community where affordability and animal well-being go hand in hand.

How does it work?

Simply, pay what you can afford and what you value the service to be.

Please at least cover the costs of consumables like fuel and medications.

What is the recommended donation?

From travel to surgery, the recommendation is $100-$500/hour rate, respectively; not including the cost of consumables.

If you aren't sure how much to pay for your circumstance, please ask Dr. Marisa and she is happy to give you a fair, recommendation based on her time and consumables used in your case.

Closed on Sunday in honour of the Sabbath, God's day of rest.
